리독 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

리독 앱은 두 가지 경로로 계정 및 데이터 삭제를 지원합니다.

1. 앱 내에서 직접 삭제 (권장)

1. 리독 앱을 열고 [프로필] 탭으로 이동
2. [계정 관리] 섹션의 [계정 삭제] 메뉴 선택
3. 안내된 두 가지 동의 항목 확인 후 [영구 삭제] 버튼 클릭

위 절차로 자사 데이터베이스의 계정·독서 기록·노트·북킷리스트가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다. Apple Sign-In 사용자의 경우 Apple ID 연결도 함께 해제됩니다.

2. 앱이 없을 때 — 이메일 요청

리독 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우, 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소(Google 또는 Apple)로 다음 메일 주소에 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리됩니다.

처리 후 안내

• 자사 DB 데이터: 즉시 영구 삭제
• RevenueCat (외부 결제 인프라): best-effort 정리
• Apple ID 연결: 가입 시점에 따라 자동 또는 수동 해제 안내
• 활성 구독: App Store / Google Play에서 직접 해지 필요

Readog Account & Data Deletion Request

Readog supports two ways to delete your account and associated data.

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Readog app and go to the [Profile] tab
2. Tap [Delete Account] under the [Account Management] section
3. Confirm the two acknowledgement items and tap [Delete Permanently]

This will permanently delete your account, reading records, notes, and booketlists from our database immediately. For Sign in with Apple users, the Apple ID link will also be revoked.

2. Without the App — Email Request

If you cannot use the Readog app, send a request to the email below from the email address you used to sign up (Google or Apple). We will process it within 7 business days.

After Deletion

• Our database: permanently deleted immediately
• RevenueCat (external billing infrastructure): best-effort cleanup
• Sign in with Apple link: auto or manual revoke depending on signup vintage
• Active subscriptions: must be canceled separately
